When you choose Fulham Palace Pharmacy you stay in charge of your medicines without leaving home. Our dispensary receives your electronic prescription directly from your GP or accepts a paper form at the counter. A pharmacist checks every item, confirms clinical safety and prepares it for dispatch.
Your medicine is packed in a tamper evident bag inside a weather resistant pouch. All deliveries within two miles of our Fulham site remain free for NHS and private prescriptions.
If you have questions our pharmacists call you before the driver sets out. They explain dosage, timing and storage in clear language. The result is a simple process that removes travel, queues and parking worries while keeping you connected to local experts you know and trust.

The service covers NHS and private prescriptions without additional fees. It suits patients with mobility limits, full schedules or caring duties. If you live outside the radius you can still collect in store or arrange paid courier delivery.
Complete a short form online, call us or visit us. We need your name, address, contact details and GP information. For electronic scripts we link to your surgery the same day. Paper prescriptions can be dropped in store. Once registered, you choose your first delivery window and we handle the rest.
We deliver controlled medicines under strict procedures. The driver asks for photo identification and a signature. If you are not available we return the item to the pharmacy and arrange a new time. Our process meets NHS security guidance published in 2023.
