No — you can walk in and speak to a pharmacist for advice at any time we're open, and you don't need to be registered with us. Clinic services such as travel vaccinations, ear wax removal and weight loss consultations do need booking, because we set aside a private room and a pharmacist's time for them.
Both. NHS prescriptions, Pharmacy First consultations and blood pressure checks are free at the point of use. Alongside those we run private clinics — travel health, weight loss, ear wax removal, vitamin injections — which are paid for. Every price is shown on the service page before you book.
Yes. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, the independent regulator for pharmacies in Great Britain, under registration number 1096542. Our superintendent pharmacist is Parham Salehi. You can verify our registration on the GPhC register at pharmacyregulation.org.
Yes. If your prescriptions currently go elsewhere you can nominate us instead, and we'll take it from there — there's nothing to collect or hand over. You can do it online in a couple of minutes, or ask us in the shop.
